The work
As a Mid-Market Specialist, you will manage a book of medium-sized business, assisting in the optimization and scaling of digital advertising campaigns. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
You will need some ownership qualities and be proficient in Norwegian at a high level, to be able to communicate with the different stakeholders and parties involved.
People You will work in a cross-country, multicultural international environment. There are two teams, one in Dublin, Ireland and one in The Netherlands. The Dutch team consists of around 25 people of different nationalities. Within Accenture you will collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops and Support teams.
Processes You’ll be prioritizing goals of growing revenue and product adaptations, retain book of clients and identify growth opportunities for existing & new ad accounts. Furthermore, you will develop and present advertising media plans for current and prospective clients and maintain quarterly sales quota.
Technology You will assist with product and tool support to improve client experience and provide platform knowledge and recommendations around ad types, creative best practices, audience definition, bidding, and overall strategic approach.
