About the project:

We provide services for is a market leader in enterprise software we help companies of all sizes and across all industries to operate better, changing how ERP is understood and creating networks of smart businesses that ensure transparency, resilience and sustainability of supply chains.

Your future tasks:

• Monitoring and supporting a high availability cloud-based production environment, collecting, aggregating, and triaging relevant metrics and logs provided by tools like PagerDuty
• Reacting to alerts, events, and incidents and liaising with customer’s technical teams along with an internal apps team for a timely resolution of any incoming issues
• Support building and evolving the runbooks, and architecture guidance documentation
• Deployment of initial setup of a system / service in the data centers and regions as per customer presence / requirements
• Identify and suggest tasks and workflows for automation to improve the efficiency and leading to faster and reliable deployments
• Respond to escalated customer / LoB requests(P1 cases)and provide on call support in troubleshooting any issues

Our Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of monitoring and logging of Kubernetes clusters (on-premise and/or in public clouds) and required metrics and logs
• Experiences with monitoring and logging systems, particularly Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Sentry, PagerDuty
• Experience in integrating monitoring and logging systems
• Good understanding of Git version control system
• Good understanding of monitoring solutions in clouds (preferably Azure/AWS)
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Helm
• CI/CD experience (preferred Jenkins)
• SAP HANA, Posgress, MySQL
• Python, Golang

Nice to have:

• Good understanding of Agile practices (particularly Scrum)
• Knowledge of cloud-native security aspects
• Public cloud certificates
