Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, AmericasOverviewThe Total Rewards team is responsible for Total Rewards programs including all compensation programs, work/life experience, mobility, benefits, and health & wellbeing programs.
This position will have responsibility for assisting with managing the support and analytics of Total Reward programs across the Americas.
Role
• Assists with market pricing program including: project management, management of our market pricing database, ad hoc compensation survey submissions, and more.
• Conducts compensation analyses to determine MasterCard’s market position; supports build of salary structures and other compensation modeling tools to support salary increase and new hire offer process.
•Collaborate with PBPs/GTA to review complex offers and ensure alignment with market benchmarks.
• Provides analytical and systems support to the Americas Total Rewards Consultant, Program Managers, and the Total Rewards Management team.
• Coordinates updating our HRIS system with the systems team.
• Support annual compensation process including systems support.
• Conducts analysis and other ad hoc items as necessary.

• Ability to use analytical thinking to leverage data for insights
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Prior experience working with compensation market data desired.
• Deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles in LAC.
