If you are applying for a medior or senior vacancy, you can directly be invited for one or two interviews in this first round.
If you are applying for an internship or junior vacancy, and you meet the basic criteria for this vacancy, we will invite you to do an assessment first. We will use game-based assessments, to measure your cognition and behaviour to see the true potential of you as a candidate. After the assessment, you can get invited for one interview in this first round.

During the interview(s) in this round we will mainly focus on motivation and cultural fit. This is of course also a chance for you to ask more about our company, the team and job you apply for.

In the second round, there can be one or two more interviews maximum. In this round, we will focus on your skills and knowledge.
