Job Description:
1. Have an in-depth understanding of the local market in the field of foreign trade B2B cross-border payment, and establish cooperation contacts with potential local channels;
2. Develop localized marketing plans and channel recruitment strategies, and lead local channels to achieve financial and service goals;
3. Cooperate with functional teams to improve channel efficiency through standard operating procedures and training for channel data analysis and structure optimization;
4. Carry out risk control on channels to ensure that partners comply with compliance requirements such as customer data security and brand use.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time college degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales team management and/or supplier business development;
2. Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills;
3. Result-oriented, like challenges, self-motivated;
4. Establish good business relationships with B2B dealers, service providers and associations is preferred;
5. Fluent in written and spoken English, fluent in local language is preferred, willing to accept overseas dispatch.
6. Experience in foreign trade or cross-border enterprise payment is preferred
