Job description:

• Develop strategies and implementation pathways for international payment and financial products;
• Act as the point of contact for international payment and financial channels, and design user interface;
• Stay abreast of dynamics and trends in the international payment sector to identify product opportunities and come up with solutions, ensuring the continuous iteration of payment and financial service capabilities as well as competitive product features and user experience;
• Independently manage project life cycles through collaboration with Design, R&D and Operations teams, facilitating product delivery, marketing and operations.

Job requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above, at least 8 years of experience in the international payment sector, experience with international payment products and products targeting global markets, and a profound knowledge of the international payment sector;
• Strong commercial product design capabilities, with an eye to user experience and a business perspective, as well as self-motivation to drive product improvement and implement projects efficiently and independently;
• A holistic perspective and a willingness to keep learning, business acumen, independent thinking regarding the development models and trends in the sector, and the ability to identify possibilities for product improvement;
• A strong sense of responsibility and a self-motivated mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems;
• Good English verbal and written communication skills, with overseas study or work experience
