Job Description:
- Drive the overall business growth, including but not limited to channel partner development, in multiple markets within Vietnam;
- Understand the different stages/maturity of each market in the development of a SaaS business and set goals and strategies accordingly, based on a deep understanding of client needs/competition landscape;
- Coordinate internal cross-function teams, such as tech/compliance/marketing teams, to accelerate business growth in the region;
- Explore potential external partnerships in local markets to identify growth opportunities;
- Monitor the effective day-to-day execution of business strategy, to ensure the successful delivery of business results;
- Manage the risks in the operation of sales teams and external partners, to meet company compliance requirements of customer data security, brand usage, etc.
Job Requirement:
- More than 7 years experience in B2B sales team management and/or vendor business development;
- More than 3 years experience in managing a cross-country sales team, with excellent cross-culture communication and collaboration skills
- In-depth understanding of trade/payment industry landscape and local business norms and cultures;
- Results-oriented, enjoying challenges and self-motivated, with strategic thinking and communication skills;
- Vast business relationship with B2B traders, service provider companies and associations is a plus;
- Experience in zero-to-one business set-up and general management is a plus;
- Fluent in written and spoken English; business level proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus; open to overseas secondment.
