Responsibilities:

• Supervise Type 1/4/9 regulated activities and ensure the business operation in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Responsible for sales target of money market fund on platform.
• Build and maintain relationship with banking partners for B2B payment business in Hong Kong, and potentially in other regions.
• Support projects relating to XTransfer’s global business expansion.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Holder of SFC Type 1/4/9 Responsible Officer license. Capable of being contact window with SFC.
2. 3+ years’ solid business development experience in securities brokerage business, with proactive attitude to drive internal and external stakeholders.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines preferable.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Cantonese.
5. Travel is needed. Possible one week stay in Shanghai every month.
