Job Summary:

XTransfer Limited, the Hong Kong subsidiary of XTransfer Group, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive candidate to join our fast-growing and fast-paced team. XTransfer Group is a fintech unicorn in B2B cross-border financial services, focused on providing SMEs with one-stop cross-border payment and risk management solutions. The Risk/Compliance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in enabling business success by closely partnering with the organization's various business units. This role will provide proactive guidance and support to ensure compliance with XTransfer's compliance program and overall risk appetite. The Risk/Compliance Business Partner will actively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, identify opportunities across various regions, and develop tailored risk and compliance strategies that drive business growth.

This position will be based in Hong Kong, with international travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand their objectives, initiatives, and challenges, and act as a strategic partner in identifying and evaluating risks associated with business activities and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and enable business agility.
• Coordinate with the 1st line business team and 2nd line risk/compliance team to streamline communication and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance awareness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business opportunities and mitigate relevant risks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
