Requirements:
1. Purchasing, warehousing, and issuing the office supplies to manage accounts and goods in an orderly manner;
2. Assist in employee travel booking;
3. Monthly checking and payment submission of all kinds of bills, as well as communication with external properties;
4. Office area environment maintenance;
5. Responsible for the daily hospitality and registration of customer visits and interviews;
6. Assist in team building, meetings, and other activities;
7. Management and maintenance of fixed assets;
8. Responsible for the Company's file management and all kinds of documents, information identification, and statistical management;
Qualifications:
1. Higher Diploma degree or above, 1-3 years of administrative work experience with a strong sense of responsibility;
2. Strong interest in administrative work, able to quickly fit into the work and team;
3. Good communication and coordination skills and service consciousness;
4. Proficient in the use of office software and automation equipment;
5. Mandarin and Cantonese are necessary;
6.Fresh Graduates welcome;
