The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire deep knowledge of the local market in the B2B cross-border payment industry and establish partnerships with potential local channels.
- Develop localized marketing plans and formulate channel recruitment strategies, leading local channels to achieve financial and service objectives.
- Collaborate with functional teams to enhance channel efficiency through data analysis, optimization of SOPs, and training.
- Implement risk control measures for channels to ensure partners comply with regulations regarding customer data security, brand usage, and other compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in managing B2B sales teams and/or business development for suppliers.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and a challenge taker.
- Established business relationships with B2B traders, service providers, and associations are preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and Mandarin; proficiency in the local language is preferred.
- Prior experience in foreign trade or cross-border business payment is a plus.
