The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manager to drive end-to-end integrated marketing strategies, campaigns and sales event from planning to execution to measurement.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, social media, display, email marketing and content marketing to achieve business goals based on projects’ objectives.
• Make sure all the timeline & KPIs are met and the campaign is delivered as scheduled and within agreed budget
• Manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties such as designers, tech team, legal & compliance, media agency and other professionals on large- and small- scale marketing projects.
• Conduct research to gain access to up-to-date market trends and bring in new ideas to enhance the performance.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as per assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, PR or related discipline
• 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, fresh graduate is also welcome.
• Strong marketing sense and attentive to details
• Ability to work in a tight timeline and work well as a team.
• Independent, creative and result oriented.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Experience in financial institution is a plus.
• Proven work experience in data analytics or excellent in MS Excel is a plus.
