Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:
· Develop new accounts by utilizing multiple channels such as cold calling and visiting local exporters
· Analyze clients' needs, summarize market and industry trends, and utilize your knowledge of export trade and cross-border payments to help customers develop their trade business
· Maintain excellent account servicing capabilities and foster good customer relationships
Requirements:
· 1-3 years' of sales experience
· Proven track record of sales success, with experience in driving the sales process from lead collection to close
· In-depth knowledge of the export B2B industry and its current events
· Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
· Existing merchant client network in SME exporter is preferred
· Experience in promoting international trade shows and E-commerce platforms is preferred
· Good command of English and Mandarin
